  • Donations are processed via Wix Payments or Zeffy and are non-refundable, supporting TDBIC’s programs (e.g., menstrual kits, sensory kits, foster youth support).

  • You confirm donations comply with applicable laws and are made with authorized payment methods.

  • TDBIC is not responsible for errors in donation processing beyond our control.

 

4. Merchandise Purchases:

  • Products are sold via Wix Stores and Zeffy, subject to our Refund Policy .

  • Items are provided “as-is” with no warranties beyond those in the Refund Policy.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

 

5. Intellectual Property:

  • All content (text, images, logos, e.g., “Together, We Do Better” slogan) is owned by TDBIC or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify content without written permission from TDBIC.

  • TDBIC may modify, suspend, or discontinue site features, programs, or products (e.g., merchandise, donation options) at any time without notice.
