Liliana Kubinski: President/Founder
I’m Liliana Kubinski, a 15 year old from Texas, and the founder of The Do Better Initiative Corporation, established in Starbase in April 2025.
At 14, I raised $25,000 for Foster Angels of South Texas, far surpassing my goal of helping just two teens. Instead, I brought Christmas gifts and year-round essentials to 31 foster teens, giving them the support and joy they deserve. A few months later, I turned my focus to the Dzaleka Refugee Camp, raising funds and assembling 100 period kits to provide young women with the period products they need to live with dignity and confidence.
In April 2025, with support from my parents, I launched The Do Better Initiative with the mission to Do Better everywhere I can; ending period poverty, enhancing special education, and empowering foster youth. Inspired by my little sister, Emma Luna, who thrives with the right support, and by stories of girls eager to learn, students blossoming with the right tools, and foster teens ready to chase their dreams, The Do Better Initiative is my way of making change happen. Now based in Cedar Creek, Texas, we are expanding our efforts in Central Texas while continuing our global reach.

Clara Kubinski: Secretary
I’m Clara, and it’s a profound privilege to serve as Secretary for The Do Better Initiative, a dream sparked by my daughter, Liliana, and rooted in our family’s motto: “Do Better.” From our home, I pour my heart into supporting our mission to transform lives through period kits, sensory support for special education, and empowerment programs for foster youth. Keeping our operations running smoothly fills me with joy, knowing every step we take together brings hope and opportunity to those who need it most. I’m inspired daily by the chance to make a difference, and I’m thrilled to be part of this journey to do better for our community.
Caroline Cole: Treasurer
I’m Caroline Cole and I’m honored to serve as the Treasurer for The Do Better Initiative. My heart has always been with nonprofit work, where I’ve spent years pouring my energy into causes that uplift and empower communities. From advocating for environmental awareness to supporting education and youth, I find joy in connecting with others to create real change. Here at The Do Better Initiative, I’m committed to ending period poverty, improving special education, and empowering foster youth. I bring my passion for organization and my deep care for people to ensure our resources make a lasting impact. I’m driven by the belief that everyone deserves a chance to thrive, and I’m excited to be part of this inspiring mission.
