Refund Policy
At The Do Better Initiative Corporation (TDBIC), we’re committed to making a difference with every donation and purchase. Here’s our refund policy to keep things clear and fair for everyone.

Donations
We pour our hearts into our Period Poverty, Special Education, and Foster Youth programs, so all donations are final and non-refundable. If you believe there’s been an error with your donation, please reach out to liliana@thedobetterinitiative.org within 7 days of your transaction, and we’ll do our best to resolve it.

Merchandise
We partner with Printful to bring you our custom t-shirts and mugs, made just for you! Because each item is created on demand, we can only accept returns for damaged or defective products (e.g., misprints, tears). Here’s how it works:

  • Contact liliana@thedobetterinitiative.org within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • If approved, we’ll provide a replacement at no cost to you—no need to return the item. Refunds are issued only if a replacement isn’t possible, credited to your original payment method.

  • We cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizes, or color preferences, as each piece is custom-made. Please check sizing charts before ordering!

  • If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed package, Printful holds it for 30 days. Reshipping may incur additional costs, which we’ll coordinate with you.
